Indian Air Force Joins Exercise Desert Flag-10 in UAE

Indian Air Force News – On April 20, 2025, an Indian Air Force (IAF) contingent arrived at Al Dhafra Air Base in the United Arab Emirates to participate in Exercise Desert Flag-10, a prestigious multinational air combat exercise hosted by the UAE Air Force. The IAF is deploying its MiG-29 and Jaguar aircraft for the event, scheduled from April 21 to May 8, 2025.

Exercise Desert Flag-10 brings together air forces from 12 nations, including Australia, Bahrain, France, Germany, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Republic of Korea, Turkey, UAE, United Kingdom, United States, and India. 

The exercise focuses on complex fighter engagements, fostering the exchange of operational expertise and best practices among some of the world’s most advanced air forces.

The IAF’s involvement highlights India’s dedication to enhancing military cooperation, interoperability, and defense ties with allied nations. By participating, the IAF aims to strengthen mutual understanding and operational synergy with global partners.
